Creative Comms Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering creative comms solutions and helping brands achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and dynamic team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies. They will be responsible for gathering audience insights, monitoring online conversation, and participating in creative brainstorming sessions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience working in communications agencies, with a strong understanding of earned media/PR, influencer marketing, and social media. They should be organised, a people person, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative communications strategies from start to finish
- Provide day-to-day support to the team and clients across account management, media engagement, and influencer outreach
- Support our insights function, including helping to set and achieve KPIs, benchmarking, reviewing audience feedback, and monitoring engagement and responses to content and pitches
- Monitor breaking news, industry trends, tools, and data to inform the team and client of relevant landscape shifts and help pivot activity as appropriate
- Be an active member of new business pitches - winning clients you want to work on
