Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our FileNet solutions and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, design, and develop high-quality FileNet solutions with IBM Enterprise Records Manager expertise.
  • Design and implement Java/J2EE-based components for seamless integration with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Drive operational and risk remediation activities, ensuring optimal results.
  • Participate in proposal estimation and sizing activities.
  • Collaborate on design meetings and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience, including 6+ years of hands-on development experience with IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Strong exposure to Archival, Retrieval, and Agile methodology principles.
  • Expert-level skills in IBM Filenet P8, Java/J2EE, Spring, JUnit, iBatis/Hibernate, and Websphere technologies.
