About the Role

This senior-level position involves collaborating with a highly motivated team of technical experts to deliver challenging high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, design and develop on FileNet, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager, working closely with colleagues to drive project success.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced development models is essential.
  • Participate in design meetings and contribute to design decisions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Work on estimation and sizing for new proposals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of IT industry experience with hands-on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, Good Java programming.
  • Single-handedly capable of defining a roadmap for clients in ECM Filenet solutions.
  • Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval and expertise in Agile methodology.
  • IBM Filenet P8 - Expert level, Java/J2EE - Advanced, Spring - Advanced, Junit- Advanced, iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate and additional skill WebSphere.
