Opportunities in Engineering Consulting

This role offers an opportunity for undergraduate students or recent graduates to lay the foundation for a successful career. We support our team members in developing skills needed to thrive in consulting, contribute meaningfully as part of a team, and prepare for future technical and leadership roles.

  • Work with knowledgeable team members and leaders, partners, and gain experience working with clients.
  • You'll learn about all the different parts of our business and work on a range of projects while being supported with ongoing technical knowledge development, mentorship, and feedback.

Key requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering and in their final year or have recently graduated within the last 12 months.
  • Coursework or academic project related to Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and has a growth mindset.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator who understands the importance of building positive relationships and enjoys finding ways to support client needs.
