Nurse Unit Manager Lead

The South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager 2 to lead the Cardiac Cath Lab team at St George Hospital. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that will provide you with a challenging and rewarding role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the Cardiac Cath Lab team, ensuring safe and efficient patient care practices.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation compliance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote best practice and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for patients and staff.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of healthcare services.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable, and manage teams.
