About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food Production Worker to join our client's team in a global leader in delivering food experiences, fragrance, and beauty and wellbeing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and unload raw materials, including ingredients and packaging materials
  • Operate machinery, including vacuum lifters, to process and package products
  • Batch and blend products to meet quality and safety standards
  • Perform manual handling duties, including lifting and carrying up to 20kg
  • Conduct salt testing and quality control checks
  • Participate in production assembly work and offline metal detector operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong production and process work experience
  • Physical fitness to conduct manual handling duties
  • Adherence to strict WHS policies and procedures
  • Understanding of GMP and HACCP procedures
  • Ability to work in an environment with strong smells
  • Reliability and responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current valid LF Forklift License
