Job Description:

Our organization seeks a passionate and driven Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Emergency Services Cadet program, working closely with volunteers and staff members. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to promote the program and engage stakeholders at state, regional, and local levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant work experience in a related field.
  • Experience working with youth-focused community-based programs and demonstrated capacity to operate sensitive programs.
  • Ability to travel across the state as required.
  • Current driver's license and ability to obtain a Restricted Drivers' Authority if necessary.
