About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our national multi-sector team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contracting models and tendering requirements, with the ability to produce high-quality, compelling and compliant submissions within tight time frames.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the defence sector and a strong understanding of the tendering process. They will be able to work collaboratively with a large team of technical and proposal specialists to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing major tenders to produce high-quality and compliant submissions
  • Working collaboratively with a large team of technical and proposal specialists
  • Reviewing content for completeness and accuracy, and working with Lead Authors and technical and commercial leaders to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Meeting tight and competing deadlines
About You
  • Experience in proposal management and/or writing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
  • Established experience in the defence sector
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or similar field will be beneficial
