About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Medical Educator to join our team in North East Victoria. As a key member of our Medical Education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of medical education programs.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to contribute to the growth and development of general practice in Australia. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the planning, development, and delivery of medical education activities within the North East Victoria region.
  • Working closely with medical educators to provide high-quality educational experiences for GP registrars.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address the needs of GP registrars and promote GP training to medical students and prevocational doctors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in medical education and a passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate complex information effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
