Job Title: Digital Activation Specialist

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality activation across digital channels. Working closely with a supportive team, you will assist with campaign setup across key digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who love to stay actively engaged in platform and have their finger on the pulse when it comes to digital campaign set up and execution.

  • Review and Monitor Campaigns: Oversee the performance of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and DV360, ensuring campaign pacing aligns with goals and objectives.
  • Adjust Campaigns: Modify budgets, bids, and targeting based on performance data. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to discuss updates and issues.
  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimized.
  • Optimise Campaigns: Tweak targeting, bids, or creatives based on performance data to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and run efficiently.

The role involves managing day-to-day responsibilities, supporting growth and development, and collaborating with a Manager and Director to guide you through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and alignment.
  • Compile and prepare performance reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with campaigns, whether they're related to technical glitches, underperformance, or other roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an activation or implementation role, working on digital channels across various platforms.
  • Good experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360 (experience with CM360 would be advantageous).
  • A strong appetite to activate and optimize campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Understanding of Media KPIs, measurement, and reporting.
