Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and drive a customer-centric culture within your team, leveraging self-motivation and a success-driven approach in a retail environment. You must also appreciate and be inspired by the significance of engagement and the role of play in a child's development.
Essential Qualities- At least one year of sales experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A genuine passion for and understanding of our brand values
- Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team dynamic
- A track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
- Flexibility to work extensive hours, particularly during peak periods - weekends and late nights may be required
