As a Field Service Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance, repairs, and testing of medical equipment and related third-party equipment
  • Routine scheduled servicing and breakdown support
  • Providing technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames
  • Accurate and compliant reporting on equipment serviced and repaired
  • Maintaining and reporting spare parts stock accurately
  • Maintaining the safety and integrity of all serviced products

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A mechanical and/or electronics background and aptitude
  • 2-5 years' relevant field service experience, preferably within the healthcare or service-related sector
  • Proven problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and planning skills
