The Role

The Health Leader will be responsible for leading our healthcare practice in [location], working closely with clients to develop and execute effective communications strategies. This role requires a strong leader who can provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, as well as manage and grow our healthcare business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for integrated work and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for healthcare clients
* Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on healthcare communications
* Manage and grow our healthcare business, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality work to clients
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and client success

Requirements

* 15+ years of experience in communications, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical PR and communications practices, as well as medical device and consumer wellness sub-sectors
* Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong business acumen and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans
