Join Our Team as a Qualified Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at YMCA WA. As a key member of our Early Learning Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary, plus superannuation and benefits. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
  • Provide a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment for our children
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Education and Care Services Regulations
  • Engage with our children and families to build strong relationships and promote a sense of community
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Education and Care Services Regulations
  • Previous experience in children's services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
