  • Exceed sales targets by owning and driving your team's performance.

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers and partners through long-term executive-level relationships.
  • Communicate the organisation's value proposition effectively through presentations, proposals, and customer interactions.
  • Enable your team to understand their customer's commercial goals and how they relate to the organisation's value proposition.
What We Look For
  • A proven technology leader with experience leading a 'new business' sales team, translating technical products into business value for C-Suite executives.
  • A strong record of successfully executing against personal and team goals, always searching for improvement.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, develop, empower, and coach a team of Account Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to the C-Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support a team in multiple geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus.
