About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Credit Provisioning Specialist to join our team in Financial Management Group at Macquarie.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of end-to-end credit provisioning processes across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the end-to-end credit provisioning process, covering both operational and reporting aspects.
  • Be responsible for financial accounting activities, including chart of accounts, journaling process, posting, reconciliation, and ledger review.
  • Manage large data sets within the credit provisioning systems.
  • Compile and deliver credit reports on a monthly and periodic basis.
  • Contribute to impact reviews and support the upgrade of the credit provisioning system.
Requirements
  • A Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications.
  • Fully or partially qualified CA.
  • Effective communication skills with a willingness to collaborate across the group.
  • An adaptable and agile mindset.
  • An analytical and risk mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
