Job Summary

A key member of our commercial operations team, the Senior Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility and contributing to sustainability by managing high-value contracts, negotiating with clients, and providing expert guidance on contractual matters.

About the Role

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to secure agreements and resolve disputes through diplomatic means.
  • Provide authoritative advice on contractual matters, including drafting and reviewing complex contracts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance contract management processes and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
