**Job Description/Criteria**

We seek a seasoned educator passionate about holistic learning and committed to fostering the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of young people. Our Thrive Curriculum aims to form confident, resilient, and compassionate students who are holistically prepared to face challenges in their learning and contribute positively to the culture of the College and community.

The Thrive Leader will be responsible for designing and implementing the curriculum and programs promoting inclusivity, respectful relationships, and personal accountability within our Catholic Identity and Values framework.

In this role, the Thrive Leader will guide and support various wellbeing programs and initiatives empowering students to approach learning and life with confidence.

Our curriculum will equip them with skills, habits, and dispositions necessary for lifelong learning, healthy relationships, and personal growth.

To succeed, we need an authentic and trustworthy role model with an appreciation for the diversity and complexity of issues impacting young people, particularly those affecting students' ability to fully engage with their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the Thrive Curriculum and associated programs
  • Cultivate respectful relationships between students, staff, and families
  • Build the capacity of teachers to present Thrive curriculum matters
  • Develop and deliver wellbeing programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of wellbeing, social-emotional learning, and holistic education
  • Experience with curriculum design and implementation
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a particular focus on displaying empathy
