Job Description
We are seeking an experienced educator to lead the development and implementation of our wellbeing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that promote holistic education, social-emotional learning, and respectful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement wellbeing programs that align with our college values
Develop and deliver curriculum that promotes social-emotional learning and holistic education
Cultivate respectful relationships between students, staff, and families
Build the capacity of teachers to present Thrive curriculum matters
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A deep understanding of wellbeing, social-emotional learning, and holistic education
Experience in curriculum design and implementation
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and relationship-building
A proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders
A strong commitment to our college values and mission
