Overview

Job Description

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver store fit-outs across Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Laubman & Pank, and Oakley. This role requires exceptional time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of space planning principles and construction methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing local design standards documents based on global design concepts
  • Partnering with our global design team in Italy to ensure store designs meet Australian standards
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of time, cost, and quality in delivering projects
  • Overseeing timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets
  • Producing preliminary feasibility floorplans and construction-level documentation packs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in retail design
  • A thorough knowledge of Australian Building Code and Standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Outstanding time management and project coordination skills
