Job Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level Trader Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades in a timely and accurate manner under the guidance of a senior professional.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work closely with Portfolio Management, Research, and operations teams to execute trades across various regions. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating execution performance using in-house and third-party tools.

Responsibilities
  • Execute low-touch equity and FX orders
  • Monitor and evaluate execution performance
  • Gain an understanding of regional market microstructures and regulations
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. You should also have at least 2 years of financial services experience, with a minimum of 1 year of equity trading experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced coursework in computer science, statistics, or mathematics
  • Experience working within the Trading department
