About the Role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Restructuring and Insolvency practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border cases
  • Draft advices, prepare court documents, and attend hearings
  • Work with a diverse and high-profile client base, assisting with negotiations
  • Active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the firm's values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono, and social activities
  • Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years PQE within a reputable Restructuring and Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice
  • Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions
  • Exceptional client liaison skills
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills
