About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Colliers International as a Marketing & Administration Team Assistant in our South Australian Agribusiness division.

You will be supporting a high-performing sales team, providing administrative support to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions and marketing documentation for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CRM database and ensuring accurate client and property information.
  • Preparing and formatting high-level documents, such as reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, working closely with external providers.
  • Booking travel arrangements for team members, including flights, hire cars, and accommodation.
  • Processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Coordinating client meetings and functions, liaising with catering and room/venue booking services.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building internal relationships.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot AI.
