This position involves direct communication with cloud clients utilizing Calypso modules for their daily activities: front office, treasury, risk, compliance, operations, and accounting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in finance, mathematics, business, computer science, or I.T., coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in the capital markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate operational issues reported by client users
  • Provide advice relating to client implementation of Calypso
  • Make changes to functional configuration of the system
  • Monitor the execution of scheduled tasks and exceptions related to real-time interfaces
Requirements:
  • Mastery of financial products including fixed income, equity, and interest rate derivatives
  • P&L reporting, including attribution and key concepts
  • Understanding of risk, pricing, analytics, and front and back-office reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA, IMC, or CISI qualified or other postgraduate finance qualification
  • Calypso knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficiency using Bloomberg Terminal
  • Market data sources (e.g., Bloomberg SAPI, Data License)
