About the Role

A Senior Cloud Solutions Architect is needed to help customers plan their successful cloud journey and solve complex technical challenges. The role involves crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures, leading technical solution discussions with customer teams, and building relationships to understand customer needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and implementing cloud solutions that meet customer needs
  • Leveraging expertise in cloud computing, infrastructure architecture, and database architecture to drive business outcomes
  • Leading technical solution discussions with customer teams and stakeholders
  • Becoming a trusted technical advisor and influencer for customers and partners

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, including software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, and infrastructure
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking
  • Ability to lead complex technical projects and coordinate with other teams
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
  • Experience architecting or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions in enterprise customers
  • Ability to create proofs of concept, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or using reusable components
  • Experience working with Federal government
  • Able to present to technical and business audiences
  • Hold or be able to attain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance
