We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our team as an Individual Giving Specialist. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in developing and executing large-scale fundraising campaigns and building strong relationships with supporters.

Key Responsibilities:\

  2. Develop and execute annual fundraising appeals, including creative concept development, copywriting, and design production.\
  3. Manage the editorial content and production of our donor newsletter, ensuring engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our audience.\
  4. Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager to develop and implement individual giving acquisition strategies, both online and offline.\
  5. Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive results and grow our supporter base.\

Requirements:\

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent industry experience with at least three years' experience in direct marketing.

\

You will also possess a deep understanding of individual giving and regular giving strategies, particularly in the context of acquisition and retention. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and inspire supporters to engage with our cause.

As a highly motivated and organized individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
