Job Overview

This role provides operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers across EMEA and APAC, ensuring smooth international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales tools and documentation, including line sheets, sell-in guides, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Oversee order and inventory management: process daily orders, monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and review open orders.
  • Coordinate logistics, including indent forms and shipping requirements.
  • Support customers by setting up accounts, managing payments, providing invoices, and resolving inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with BDMs, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting across sales operations.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with experience in sales support, customer service, or sales operations (ideally in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods).

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (at least intermediate in Excel), and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
