We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gold Room Operator to join our team in Perth, AU.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating processing plant equipment, monitoring security issues, and ensuring timely completion of elution and gold recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all processing plant equipment relating to Milling, CIL, Crushing & Elution circuit.
  • Monitor and report on any security threats in and around the Gold Room.
  • Ensure that elution and gold recovery tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and conduct regular inspections of the Gold Room.
  • Implement efficient processes to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Gold Room with Acacia reactor operation.
  • Physically fit with ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) an asset.
  • Confined Space Ticket and Working at Heights Ticket highly desirable.
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Solid communication skills for effective team collaboration.
