Job Opportunity: Road Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Road Maintenance Specialist. This permanent position will involve completing general road maintenance for the haul road and site access road, operating newer model 14M graders with joystick control.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in road maintenance, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a commitment to our goal of Zero Harm;
- Using positive radio communications at all times;
- Ensuring completion of pre-starts, care & maintenance of vehicles;
- Contributing to a positive and proactive approach to safety;
- Working collaboratively as part of a team;
- Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A current HR Drivers license;
- Proven experience in road maintenance;
- Two contactable references who can vouch for your work ethic and safety record;
- A positive attitude towards safety and a commitment to excellence.
