We are seeking a talented Financial Modeller to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission to accelerate Australia's transition to a future powered by renewable energy.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing insights into the fund management, investment, and asset management businesses.

They will operate, maintain, and further develop the suite of models that underpin these businesses.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate asset performance and macro inputs to drive insights into past and forward estimates of performance for our funds.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis at a portfolio level to assess the impact of various equity exposures in our asset portfolio.
  • Provide support in maintaining and operating the various asset and fund level models developed by the business.
  • Ensure the integration of financial models used in the business results in insights that support key decisions.
  • Onboard new assets into the operating asset models from their relevant investment models post-acquisition.
  • Refresh models with updates to economic, pricing, cost, and generation level inputs.
  • Assist in liaising with model auditors, answering audit questions, and making relevant changes to models.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real asset model development and operations, fluency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and financial modelling best practices, as well as an accounting qualification or similar.
