About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tradesperson to join our team as a Trade Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of tradespeople to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and leadership to tradespeople to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and control work quality, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification and extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and mentoring, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
