Our Graduate Development Programme
We are seeking talented Graduates to join our 2-year rotational programme in projects based on the south side of Perth. This programme offers a unique opportunity to build your career, working on a range of projects, business units, and with a diverse range of people.
About the Civil Engineering Stream
As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in building professional relationships, translating university learnings into project solutions, and using digital engineering methods to deliver value and certainty. You will also have the chance to develop an understanding of Laing O'Rourke's ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
Eligibility and Application
To be eligible for our programme, you must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency and have completed tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a similar field between January 2023 and July 2024. You will be required to complete an online application form and upload your CV and academic transcript.
