Our Graduate Development Programme
We are seeking talented graduates to join our 2-year rotational programme, which offers a unique blend of practical on-the-job experience, technical learning, and professional development. As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, develop your skills, and build a strong network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build professional relationships with clients, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and deliver project solutions that meet cost, quality, sustainability, and schedule expectations
- Support planning, scheduling, and supervising construction and completion
- Use digital engineering methods to deliver value and certainty
- Develop an understanding of Laing O'Rourke's ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement
Eligibility and Application
To be eligible for our programme, you must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency and have completed a Civil Engineering degree or similar between January 2023 and July 2024. You will need to complete an online application form and upload your CV and academic transcript.
