Client Relationship Manager

This role combines sales, account management, and project coordination.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients, managing relationships from enquiry through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management, sales, or client services.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across retail, corporate, education, and event sectors.
  • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and provide product recommendations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver orders on time.
  • Support clients with artwork, branding, and product mockups.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our 6,000+ product range.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with design files (.ai/.eps).
