Strategic Financial Leader Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ARR, gross margin, project profitability, utilisation rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, reduce costs. Automate manual processes, integrate systems across billing, time capture, general ledger functions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal control policies. Partner with auditors during audit cycles.
  • Provide financial analysis to senior management, departmental leaders to aid in strategic decision-making, resource allocation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations management.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, related field. An MBA or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities include leading a team of finance professionals providing guidance mentorship.
