The Role: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage multiple accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on a national scale. You'll collaborate with business partners, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, resolve challenges, and uphold exceptional quality standards. This role calls for a proactive, highly organised, and solution-focused professional who excels at anticipating needs and optimising workflows to drive efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the Projects team to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with partners, contractors, and teams for seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and maintain input/output metrics.
  • Promote the company positively to ensure a professional image.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure compliance with the Project Management Framework.

About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing excellent service throughout lifecycle of a project
