Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Engineering Manager to lead our technical testing initiatives across automation and performance testing domains. This role is pivotal in shaping and governing our enterprise testing frameworks, supporting complex testing needs, and driving innovation in test automation practices.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement modern testing strategies aligned with our QA vision and roadmap.

The Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing automation strategies across change initiatives and BAU, ensuring alignment with global standards and outsourcing goals.

Demonstrated expertise in technical testing solutions including TOSCA, Selenium, and various API and performance testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad is required.

The successful candidate will also lead testing teams in complex environments, providing mentorship and solving advanced testing challenges while promoting best practices.

Additionally, the Test Engineering Manager will manage testing tools, frameworks, processes, and licenses, and drive technology integration into delivery pipelines.
