The Role

This role plays a critical part in delivering operations at the Albury Animal Care Centre. You will be responsible for assisting with administration, animal care, education and customer service.

You will work closely with the Animal Management Facility Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality animal care services. This includes manual handling of companion animals and livestock.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service consistent with AlburyCity's guiding principles.
  • Providing animal management services, including quality animal care, enrichment, transport, implantation of microchips and euthanasia.
  • Reuniting animals with their owners as quickly as possible.
  • Developing, implementing and delivering community education programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases for all councils serviced by the Albury Animal Care Centre.
