Sales Associate Onsite

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate Onsite. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers throughout their journey and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance and support to customers.
- Contribute to sales activities, including pre-qualification, follow-up, and meet-and-greet assistance.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and systems, ensuring compliance with procedures and controls.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rates and minimize cancellations of deposits.
- Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximize enquiry conversion and minimize cancellations.
- You have a strong interest in driving sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You possess strong face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in a sales, sales support, or administration capacity.
- You have industry experience from within the property industry, builder/developer, or similar.
- You are eager to learn, grow, and develop a career with Stockland.
- You have experience delivering high-quality administrative tasks and activities, and you are technology-savvy.
- You are able to multitask, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- You are motivated to work independently or as part of a team.
