**Job Details:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant - Technical to join our team at John Hunter Hospital. In this role, you will contribute to a customer-focused pathology collection service, providing high-quality healthcare to patients and referrers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures with minimal patient discomfort.
- Data entry and processing of specimens for pathology investigations.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, carers, and clinical staff.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Pathology Collections or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with pathology terminology and requirements.
- An unencumbered Class C Driver's License (valid in NSW) or ability to travel to any site for a shift as required.
