About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and environmental management framework and processes for products across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring legislative changes in Australia and New Zealand that affect key compliance requirements, as well as international trends and voluntary industry standards.
  • Researching and building knowledge in product compliance and quality areas and articulating clear conclusions in reports and summary papers.
  • Documenting the framework for product compliance and safety.
  • Working with the broader product safety and compliance team to develop and document product safety, legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a compliance/safety/quality position for consumer products in a retail or manufacturing environment.
  • You are analytical and systematic in your approach.
  • Strong research and report writing abilities.
  • Knowledge of mandatory and voluntary product standards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and comfort operating across multiple technology platforms.
