Biomedical Scientist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Biomedical Scientist to join our organization. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead specialist area as Biomedical Scientist.
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities of the team.
  • Develop and implement service improvements.
  • Process specialist investigations and ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide expert advice to clinicians on test appropriateness and timescales.
  • Deliver specialist services, including training and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Work flexibly to meet service needs, which may include extended working hours and participation in 24/7 services.
Requirements:

This position requires a degree in Biological Science or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a laboratory setting, managing teams, and developing and implementing processes.
