Forensic Data Analyst Job Overview

The role of a Forensic Data Analytics Manager involves helping clients identify and address breaches in wage compliance. This includes Enterprise Agreement, Modern Award, National Employment Standards, or jurisdictional based long service leave legislation.

This position is suitable for both Managers and Senior Consultants looking to advance their careers. We seek passionate data analysts driven by purpose and precision to make a real difference in people's lives.

Payroll data analytics goes beyond numbers; it ensures every worker receives their fair entitlements.

As a key team member, you will use your experience in business analysis, data investigation, and analytic skills to identify, investigate, quantify, and report on wage underpayment matters.

Working with a diverse team, your work will help uncover discrepancies, support ethical business practices, and uphold the rights of workers across Australia.

  • Lead the development of analysis models (SQL or Excel) to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists to understand business requirements for modelling, including resolution of ambiguous requirements and identification of relevant data sources.
  • Work with clients to identify root causes of wage compliance issues and establish plans for remediation.
  • Conduct testing and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
  • Document results and prepare working papers and reports to support analysis.
  • Support proposal development and other business development activities.
