We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team at Commonwealth Bank in Sydney. As a key member of our Merchant Solutions group, you will play a crucial role in managing our suppliers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Your Role:

  • Supplier Management: You will be responsible for managing our suppliers, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
  • Risk Management: You will proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with managing external suppliers, ensuring that our business operations remain secure and compliant.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and communicating effectively to drive business outcomes.
  • Program Delivery: You will lead and deliver programs of change, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Your Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven track record of experience in supply chain management or a related field;Strong risk management and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks;Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively;A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes;A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What We Offer:
