Job Title: Clinical Director for Emergency Services

Our client, a reputable healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead their Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, and a proven track record of optimizing resource utilization and service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the Emergency Department towards achieving the highest standards of service delivery, in compliance with hospital policy directions, service standards, and financial targets. This is a fixed-term, full-time 3-year contract, working 76 hours per fortnight.

The Emergency Department handles an estimated 30,000 patient visits annually, catering to a diverse patient population. The department has received accreditation from the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine for 24 months of training, and an application for year 4 training is currently under review.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of recent experience in Emergency Medicine at a Consultant Level, ideally with Head of Department/Clinical Director experience.
