About Goodstart Cranbrook

  • Goodstart Cranbrook is a welcoming, close-knit team where new team members are embraced with open arms. Located in a quiet residential area close to schools, shops, and community facilities, we foster a home away from home atmosphere for both children and educators. Our friendly and supportive environment ensures that every educator feels part of our team from day one.
  • We cater for 102 children, with a team of qualified educators dedicated to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences. We take pride in our commitment to the children and their families, and we ensure each child feels supported and encouraged in their development.
  • Our learning environments, from Nursery to Kindergarten, follow the Early Years Learning Framework, offering sensory and play-based learning opportunities that foster growth and discovery. Our colourful and engaging spaces provide the foundation for children to thrive.
  • Our outdoor areas include age-appropriate play spaces such as cubby houses, sandpits, swings, verandahs, veggie patches, and more, encouraging active, nature-based learning.
  • We place a strong emphasis on working collaboratively with families, supported by the Storypark platform, family nights, and regular updates. This ensures open communication and tailored programs that meet each child's needs while reflecting the centre's cultural diversity.

You'll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
