Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Townsville. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role:

  • Lead and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
  • Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children
  • Put safety first in everything you do, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
