We are seeking a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team with part-time and casual opportunities available.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive administration team, responsible for providing high-quality customer service in areas such as banking, cash handling, accounts receivable/payable, and general administrative functions.
- Confirming health fund coverage and completing self-funding quotes is essential for this role.
- Attend to the reception desk, direct visitors and handle phone/email enquiries with professionalism.
- Checking in patients and ambulances is a crucial task in ensuring a smooth patient journey.
- Cash handling and EFTPOS payments require accuracy and attention to detail.
- Precise data entry is necessary to ensure patient information is updated correctly.
- Providing administrative support to relevant departments is vital for the success of our operations.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A strong attention to detail and organisational skills are also essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Diploma or certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field would be highly regarded.
Please note that a current driver's license may be required for some positions.
