Lead Contract Administrator Role

This is a challenging opportunity to oversee the administration of subcontracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and guidance to the subcontract administration team, ensuring meticulous administration in line with subcontract agreements.
- Manage key subcontracts, including correspondence, variations, claims, and payments.
- Develop an understanding of the head contract to enable proper management of subcontracts and protect financial interests.
- Create and manage supplier and subcontractor tender packages in collaboration with procurement teams.
- Analyse and negotiate offers with subcontractors to achieve value for money.
- At least 10 years of experience in contract administration
- Bachelor's degree in finance/administration/engineering/quantity surveying/law or another relevant field
- Solid background in tendering, financial management, and contract administration and interpretation.
You will have proven leadership, negotiating, and lateral thinking skills, along with excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
