As a seasoned advisor in mergers and acquisitions, you'll be part of a high-performing team delivering innovative solutions across the deal lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to work on complex transactions, drawing on our global platform and deep industry experience. This will enable you to develop practical and effective strategies for clients navigating the intricacies of M&A deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction execution across sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review deals with precision and expertise.
  • Effectively communicate deal proposals and structures to senior stakeholders, leveraging your persuasion and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate and project manage multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and transaction services to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships to support deal flow and the origination of further M&A activities.
  • Assist in business development and proposal preparation alongside senior team members.
  • Draft and review key marketing materials such as Teasers, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, Process Letters, and Term Sheets.
  • Conduct financial analysis and build robust financial models to support transaction decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory, backed by significant transaction experience from investment banks, boutique firms, Big Four consultancies, corporate finance, or law firms.
  • Proven capability to build integrated financial models for valuation, cash flow, and other financial analyses.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to effectively navigate complex deal processes.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a people-first approach in the workplace.
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Business, or related degree; advanced qualifications such as a Masters of Applied Finance, CFA, or CA are desirable.
